I am a glutton for sunday night dinners. It is something to look forward to at the end of the weekend, which would otherwise consist mainly of panicking about the inevitable monday morning misery. And then PBS changed my life by adding downton abbey to the mix. Furthering the joy of sunday nights and all but erasing the monday dread.
RIP Matthew. Helloooo Branson.

Something about the combination of sophisticated british accents, the distractingly attractive tom branson and MATTHEW CRAWLEY (see above), and maggie smith’s sass makes for television gold. Add a good plate of meat and potatoes and you’ve changed the face of sundays(see below). AND see here for further inspiration.even though the season has ended…it hasn’t stopped me from watching old episodes to get my branson fix on sunday nights. I’m not ashamed.
